With Christmas just around the corner, we wanted to share a quick update and say thank you for your continued support throughout the year.
Over the festive period, our support responses may be a little slower than usual as we operate with reduced availability between Christmas and the New Year. That said, all services will continue to run as normal, with 24/7 uptime and monitoring in place throughout the holidays. Everything is still being kept a close eye on, so you can relax knowing your services remain online and stable.
Although things may appear quieter over Christmas, it’s a great time for us to focus on improving what we offer. We’ll be spending part of the festive period working on some new services and ideas that we’re really looking forward to sharing with you.
We won’t give too much away just yet, but there are some exciting updates in the works. Keep an eye out in the New Year for further announcements and launches.
